About Zdomu
Zdomu is a logistics intermediary between Ukrainian sellers and customers in Europe. We help buy goods in Ukraine, receive them at our warehouse, inspect them on request, consolidate several orders and organize delivery to your address or to a DPD pickup point. Goods travel from our warehouse in Ukraine to our warehouse in Poland, and then across the European Union.

How to order delivery from Ukraine to Europe
Send the item or freight description
A link to the Ukrainian website, photo, list of goods, approximate weight, dimensions and your shipment address in Europe.
Get a quote
We check that shipment is possible, explain restrictions and calculate our rate and the cost of further delivery.
Goods arrive at our warehouse
You pay the seller directly, or we purchase the goods by agreement. The order is received at our warehouse in Ukraine.
We deliver to Europe
We consolidate and pack the shipment, transport it to Poland and hand it over to DPD or another agreed carrier.
Prices for private clients
We compare three values and charge the highest one, but never less than 10 €. Volumetric weight = length × width × height (cm) / 4000. Delivery across Europe via DPD and delivery across Ukraine to our warehouse are calculated separately. Business rates are agreed individually.

What is Zdomu?
Zdomu is a logistics service that delivers private parcels, goods from Ukrainian online stores, auto parts, pallets and commercial freight from Ukraine to European Union countries. We also help with purchasing, package forwarding, warehouse reception, packing and customs formalities.
How much does shipment from Ukraine to Europe cost?
For private clients our rate is the highest of three values: 15% of the goods' value, 1.5 € per kg of actual weight, or 1.0 € per kg of volumetric weight (length × width × height / 4000). The minimum is 10 €. Delivery across Europe via DPD is calculated separately according to the carrier's rates.
How long does shipment take?
The estimated time for standard orders is about two weeks from the moment we receive the goods at our warehouse in Ukraine to shipping across Europe. For wholesale batches, pallets and official export, terms are agreed individually.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver from Ukraine to all 27 European Union countries. Goods travel from our warehouse in Ukraine to our warehouse in Poland and then continue across Europe, mostly via DPD. Self-pickup in Poland is possible by prior arrangement.
Can you buy goods in Ukraine on my behalf?
Yes. If a seller does not accept European cards, does not ship abroad or requires communication in Ukrainian or Russian, we can help with the purchase and package forwarding without a separate commission for this service.
What are the limits for a private parcel?
One private parcel must weigh up to 31 kg, and the sum of its sides by the formula 2a + 2b + c must not exceed 250 cm. Medicines, supplements, liquids, perfumes, batteries and other restricted goods must be agreed with a manager before purchase.
